Some criteria for choosing the right tool:

▶︎ To occasionally mark a piece, the engraved block is sufficient; select the desired engraved area size, choose brass, and opt for the rod and handle to avoid burning yourself.

Depending on the marking size, a corresponding wattage is recommended.

The best-selling product: engraved brass block 50x30 mm and 200w iron.

For hard woods, don’t hesitate to choose the next power up for more comfortable marking: 200w instead of 100w, or 300w for an area usually marked with 200w.
