Given the highly personalized nature of the products, the ordinary right of withdrawal does not apply. The order is therefore firm and final. However, the workshop is liable for failure to comply with the requirements of the engraving order validated by the customer. The workshop's commitment is limited to the correct remanufacturing of the model, without the customer being entitled to any further compensation.
